Use Of Scriptwall Services

These terms apply to use of Scriptwall Limited services, this website, and Scriptwall AI HQ. Scriptwall AI HQ is an internal business operating platform used to manage leads, proposals, invoices, projects, communications, marketing workflows, and supported integrations such as Meta Platform connections for Facebook and Instagram.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Scriptwall services to violate laws, platform policies, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or security controls.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, systems, credentials, or integrations that you are not authorized to use.
• Do not upload or request publication of unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not interfere with Scriptwall AI HQ, Meta integrations, website forms, APIs, email systems, or production infrastructure.

Account Responsibilities

Authorized users are responsible for protecting their login credentials, using appropriate access permissions, and ensuring that any connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account is connected by someone with the right authority. Scriptwall may suspend access where misuse, unauthorized access, or security risk is suspected.

Meta And Third-Party Platforms

Facebook and Instagram integrations depend on Meta Platform availability, permissions, access tokens, review status, webhooks, and third-party policies. Scriptwall is not responsible for Meta outages, account restrictions, permission changes, token expiry, API limitations, or enforcement actions by third-party platforms.

Intellectual Property

Scriptwall retains ownership of its brand, website content, internal systems, templates, code, processes, documentation, and platform materials unless a written agreement says otherwise. Client-owned materials remain the responsibility and property of the relevant client or rights holder.

Service Availability And Limitations

Scriptwall aims to keep production services reliable, but services may be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, DNS propagation, third-party providers, software defects, internet routing, or security events. Features may change as Scriptwall improves or secures the platform.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scriptwall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or third-party platform failures arising from use of the website, Scriptwall AI HQ, or connected services.

Termination

Scriptwall may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to services or integrations if use creates security risk, violates these terms, breaches platform rules, or threatens the integrity of Scriptwall systems or third-party accounts.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction relevant to the service relationship or written agreement between Scriptwall and the customer. Nothing in these terms creates legal claims, registrations, or warranties beyond what is expressly agreed in writing.
