This policy explains how Scriptwall handles information collected through this website, Scriptwall AI HQ, and connected Meta Platform features for Facebook and Instagram.

Information We Collect

• Contact details you submit through website forms, email, proposals, discovery calls, or business communications.
• Business information such as company name, service interest, project requirements, communication history, proposal and invoice activity, and support context.
• Facebook and Instagram account information made available through Meta authorization, such as connected Page or Instagram Business Account identifiers, names, usernames, permissions, token metadata, and publishing or webhook status.
• Marketing content and operational metadata generated inside Scriptwall AI HQ, including campaign drafts, approval status, scheduling details, and audit records.
• Technical data such as request timestamps, route access, browser/device information provided by your browser, and safe operational logs.

How We Use Information

• To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, manage client projects, issue invoices, and deliver services.
• To operate Scriptwall AI HQ workflows for lead management, marketing approvals, content scheduling, customer communications, and internal business operations.
• To connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts when authorized, verify account status, manage integration health, and publish or schedule approved content only where supported and authorized.
• To protect the platform, prevent misuse, maintain audit trails, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

Meta Platform And Third-Party Processing

When you connect Facebook or Instagram to Scriptwall AI HQ, Scriptwall uses Meta Platform APIs to authenticate the connection, verify Page and Instagram Business Account access, check permissions, receive supported webhook events, and support approved marketing workflows.

Meta processes information under its own terms and privacy policies. Scriptwall only requests and uses Meta data needed to operate the connected integration. Scriptwall does not sell Facebook or Instagram-connected data.

Storage And Security

Scriptwall stores operational records in the production Scriptwall AI HQ database and stores integration credentials using server-side protection. Access tokens, app secrets, authorization codes, and internal credentials are not displayed in public pages or normal user-facing screens.

Access to internal operational data is limited to authorized Scriptwall users and service providers who need it to operate, secure, or maintain the platform.

Data Retention And Deletion

Scriptwall keeps business, marketing, and integration records only for as long as needed for operations, legal, security, audit, service delivery, and relationship management purposes. Meta-connected credentials may be deleted when an integration is disconnected, expires, is replaced, or deletion is requested by an authorized account owner.

Your Rights

• Request access to personal data associated with you.
• Ask Scriptwall to correct inaccurate data.
