Requesting Deletion

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account to Scriptwall AI HQ, or if your data was processed through a Scriptwall Meta integration, you can request deletion of eligible connected data.

What To Include

• Your name and contact email.
• The Facebook Page name or Instagram Business Account username connected to Scriptwall.
• The business or organization you represent.
• A short description of the data you want deleted.
• Proof that you are authorized to request deletion for the connected account, if Scriptwall asks for verification.

What Scriptwall Deletes

• Stored Meta integration credentials associated with the connected account, where applicable.
• Stored Page or Instagram Business Account identifiers, usernames, token metadata, and integration metadata associated with the request.
• Eligible marketing workflow records connected only to the relevant Meta integration, unless retention is required for security, audit, legal, dispute, or service-delivery reasons.

How To Submit

Email hello@scriptwall.com.ng with the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request”, or use the form below. The form opens your email client with a pre-filled deletion request so there is a working record of the request.
